Maryann'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef, cook until gray
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 qt. water
    4 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can El Paso hot sauce or 2 cans instead of the tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat until gray.
    In another pan saute onions and garlic.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook for thirty (30) minutes.
    Then add cheesecloth bag of ingredients.
