Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3 c. crushed bananas
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and blend well.
Add bananas.
Sift in flour, salt and baking soda.
Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
