Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
4 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice.
Make white sauce of butter, flour, salt, and milk.
Remove from heat when thickened and add grated cheese.
Place sliced potatoes in casserole.
Cover with sauce. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
