Rice-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wild rice
    8 slices American cheese, grated
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook rice and add 1 teaspoon salt.
    Saute onion and pepper in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Layer 1/2 rice, 1/2 ingredients, 1/2 cheese and repeat layers.
    Pour half and half over it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
