Mom Otto'S Famous Coating Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Beat egg slightly and add milk.
Dip fish in this first, then in dry ingredients.
Pour a small amount of oil in a Teflon frypan and heat to 350\u00b0.
Turn over and fry on other side.
You can also bake them in the oven or microwave.
I also use this recipe for pork chops or chicken.
I bake chicken at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Turn pieces over and bake 1/2 hour more.
