Chocolate "Tootsie Roll" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 packs sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. nonfat dry powdered milk
Preparation
    Cream together first 3 ingredients.
    Add nonfat powdered milk. Mix well and roll on waxed paper into cylinder approximately 6 inches long.
    Wrap and chill.
    Cut into pieces.
    Serves 1.
