Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs, well beaten with 2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation

Place croutons into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over croutons.
Let set 8 to 12 hours.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until set and top is browned.
