Fudge Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Chocolate Crumb Crust
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.
Over low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly.
Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Add melted chips and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into spring-form pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes until center is set.
Cool; chill.
