Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup self-rising cornmeal
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp oil
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add balance of ingredients.
    Spray pie pan with Pam. Add a little wesson oil to coat.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 500 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
