Beef And Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 pkg. Lawry's beef and bean burrito seasoning mix
    2 medium onions, cut in wedges
    2 c. water
    1 can tomatoes, cut up
    1 can corn, drained
    4 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/2-inch slices
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Cut stew meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Brown meat in salad oil in a Dutch oven.
    Add beef and bean seasoning mix, onions and water.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and zucchini, cover and simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
