Icebox Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes, diced
    1 large sweet pepper, diced
    2 cans green chiles, seeded and diced
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. coriander
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Pour into container with seal. Refrigerate until needed.
    Serve with baked corn chips.
    Great with Mexican food.
