Sausage-Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. diced sausage (pork links or Italian)
    9 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 slices cubed bread with crust removed
Preparation
    Brown sausage 3 to 4 minutes; drain.
    Beat eggs and milk; add mustard, salt and pepper.
    Mix well; add cubed bread.
    Fold in cooked sausage and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Let stand in refrigerator covered overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
