Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. skim milk
    8 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    dash of cooking sherry
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
    In a large saucepan, mix cubed Velveeta cheese, mushroom soup, butter and milk.
    Stir over medium heat until cheese melts.
    Add broccoli and sherry.
    Stir until thoroughly heated and serve.
    (If you are in a hurry, you can add broccoli to soup frozen, stir until heated.)
