Spicy Sauce For Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange or pineapple juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. rum extract
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. raisins, plumped in boiling water
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients; bring to boil.
Simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Add 2 teaspoons rum extract.
Pierce ham with fork. Cover with sauce.
Baste with sauce while cooking; add lemon juice and raisins to pan drippings.
Blend cornstarch and water.
Add all to sauce.
Cook until thickened.
Add rum extract and serve with ham.
