Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 c. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together, adding beaten egg whites last.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 pie.
