Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, debone, skin and slice
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 head cauliflower
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    12 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Preparation
    In skillet, saute chicken 10 to 15 minutes or until nearly done.
    Reduce heat.
