Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or cooking oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. sliced onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat butter or oil in skillet.
    Add ground beef and brown lightly.
    Add water, celery, onion, green pepper and salt and simmer until vegetables are just tender.
    Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and soy sauce, heat through.
    Thicken with cornstarch. Serve with rice.
