Shrimp Betsy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. chili sauce
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 Tbsp. sherry
    5 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
Preparation
    Heat first four ingredients together. Do not boil. Place shrimp in casserole dish. Pour sauce on top. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve over rice or toast.
