Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain most of juice from pineapple (leave some).
    Place in a small casserole dish.
    Mix sugar, flour and cheese.
    Pour on top of pineapple.
    Spread crushed crackers on top of mixture.
    Pour melted margarine over everything.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    If serving 4 or more, recipe may be tripled, using a larger casserole dish.
