Halushki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 stick butter or bacon
cabbage or sea shells
potatoes
onions
Preparation
-
Cube or dice potatoes.
Cut up cabbage.
Cook until tender. While potatoes and cabbage are cooking (last 5 minutes) saute onions in 1/3 stick butter.
As this cooks down, add another 1/3 stick.
Repeat until stick is used.
