Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large saucepan, melt butter and chocolate.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and apricots.
Add salt.
Fold in flour and spread batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with chocolate chips.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread chips as icing with spatula.
