Beau Monde Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Italian bread, cut in diagonal 3/4 of the way through
    8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 sticks soft butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
Preparation
    Stuff cheese in cuts.
    Mix other ingredients together.
    Spread over top. Wrap in foil.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
