Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt, divided
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    4 (6 oz.) catfish fillets
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk, buttermilk and hot sauce; add 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt and set aside.
    Combine flour and remaining seasoned salt in a shallow dish.
    Dredge each fillet in flour mixture; dip in egg mixture and dredge again in flour mixture.
    Pour vegetable oil in a heavy skillet and fry fillets over medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until golden.
