Steamboat Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. medium-size shrimp, peeled and deveined
    10 oz. sea scallops
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream sherry
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
    3/4 c. grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten well
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Saute seafood in butter for 3 to 6 minutes until scallops turn white.
    Add sherry and simmer for about 1 minute.
    Add cream and bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly.
    Add egg, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of fresh parsley.
    Stir in cheese until smooth. Add cooked fettuccine and toss well.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
    Serves 4.
