Baked Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 onion, chopped
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. tomatoes
    1 c. string beans
    1 c. peas
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 or 4 c. mashed potatoes or 1 can onion rings
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry hamburg and onion, then add cabbage and tomatoes.
    Add 1 cup water, if needed.
    Simmer until cabbage is soft.
    Put all of this in a casserole as first layer, then add layers of beans, peas and carrots.
    Top with mashed potatoes or onion rings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour until golden brown.
    Any vegetables can be used.
    Sprinkle cheese on vegetables before layer of mashed potatoes.
