Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, diced
2 tsp. salt
1 small onion
6 oz. pkg. noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 jar diced pimento
1 green pepper, diced (use to taste)
Preparation

Brown round steak and simmer with 4 cups water or more for at least 45 minutes.
Add salt and onion.
Add noodles and cook 10 minutes more.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with crushed potato chips.
