Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. canned cream

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife test comes out clean.
