Meatball Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 or 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced and cooked
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and lightly shape into 16 balls.
    Brown on all sides in hot oil in skillet.
    Remove meatballs and pour off all but 1 tablespoon fat.
    Add onion and saute 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add soup, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
