Mexican Hash - cooking recipe

1 pkg. ground meat, browned
2 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
4 Tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. water
1 can chili
1 can Trapley's jalapeno beans
1 c. green chili peppers
1 can Mexican rice
1 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation

This is good poured over corn chips in a baking dish and sprinkled with cheese for a crowd.
Bake until cheese melts.
