Sweet Potato-Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can sweet potatoes
1/2 large can chunky pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
12 or more maraschino cherries
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Layer sliced sweet potatoes, pineapple, marshmallows, pecans and cherries in baking dish.
Cook together margarine, sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and pineapple juice until hot.
Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
