Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. pureed pumpkin
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add chicken broth; simmer 10 minutes.
Add pureed pumpkin.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer to blend flavors. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
