Quail Or Dove With Brown Rice - cooking recipe

quail or dove
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. brown rice
Preparation

Combine
flour,
cornmeal, salt and pepper, then pour 9 ounces of
water\tover birds.
Cook until tender in a covered skillet. Add 6 cups of water to the brown rice and cook.
