Meat Loaf Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 medium bell pepper, cut up
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2/3 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple; add water to make 1 cup.
    Cook the juice and water mixture, cornstarch, brown sugar and vinegar until thick.
    Add the pineapple chunks and bell pepper.
    Make meat loaf with remaining ingredients; bake to brown, then cover with sauce. Serve hot.
