Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. browned sausage
4 oz. mushrooms
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
sliced green onions or 1/2 c. chopped onion
12 eggs
1 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Layer sausage, mushrooms, cheese and onions in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
