Pineapple Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple (save juice)
1/2 c. whipped cream

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and 2 eggs. Add 2/3 cup juice.
Pour over hot crust.
Bake until center is set, 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
