Tuna On A Shoestring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, chicken or ham
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. minced onions
    3/4 to 1 c. mayo
    1 c. shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    In large bowl, separate tuna chunks.
    Add carrots, celery, onions and mayo.
    Toss well; cover and chill for 3 hours.
    Just before serving, fold in potato sticks or serve over bed of lettuce over potato sticks and garnish around the edge with tomato or avocado wedges.
    Serves 4 to 6.
