7 or 8 onions, sliced in rings
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Melt butter and gradually add milk, flour, salt and pepper. Cook a little.
Set aside.
