Taco Pie (To Be Used As A Dip For Nachos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped
    black olives, sliced (however many preferred)
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef, add taco seasoning according to package directions.
    Place in bottom of shallow dish and (9 x 13-inch is fine).
    Allow to cool.
    Layer sour cream over ground beef.
    Layer refried beans over sour cream.
    Melt Velveeta and add drained Ro-Tel to Velveeta cheese.
    Pour this over refried beans; top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with green onions and olives.
    Serve with tortilla chips or nachos. Delicious!
