Hot Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (32 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
    4 c. (32 oz.) apple cider or juice
    1 c. orange juice
    6 cinnamon sticks
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1/4 c. whole cardamom seed
    rum (optional)
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a crock-pot and heat thoroughly. Remove the seasonings before serving.
    Add rum if desired.
