Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
chopped green onions
1 tomato, chopped
1 or 2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix beans with salsa. In large flat platter, layer first bean mix. Top with avocado mixture. Next, taco and mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with green onions and tomato and top with cheese. Chill. Serve with white corn chips.
