Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large potatoes
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1/8 tsp. dill seed
    2 tsp. chives or dry onions
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add 1/3 cup sour cream (or yogurt), salt, pepper, sugar and oleo.
    Add just enough milk to proper consistency and beat until fluffy.
    Add dill seed, chives or dry onion and cooked spinach (well drained and chopped).
    Place in greased casserole and top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
