Spinach Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8) crescent roll dough
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with 1/2 of the dough (4 rolls). Thaw and drain spinach.
    Mix egg, garlic and spinach and layer on top of dough in pan.
    Cover mixture with a layer of the cheese and another layer of the remaining dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour, until cheese is melted and dough is golden brown.
    Let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into small squares.
    Can be frozen.
