Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sugar, caramelized
2 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
3 eggs
1 lump butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Caramelize sugar with butter and add to hot milk.
Mix remaining sugar with flour and add to hot mixture.
Beat egg yolks and cook until thick.
Cool.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into cooked crust.
