Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    baked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and lemon rind; add boiling water. Cook on high heat until mixture begins to thicken.
    Turn off and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
    Add egg yolks, lemon juice and butter.
    Cook on low for 5 minutes.
    Turn into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
