Crusty Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add flour and vanilla.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan almost immediately.
