90 Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Fleischmann's active dry yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
Heat milk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
Add 1/4 cup flour.
Beat at high speed 2 minutes.
Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
On floured board, knead 2 to 3 minutes.
Divide into 10 or 12 equal pieces.
Shape into balls. Place in greased 8-inch round pan.
Set pan in warm place.
Cover with damp cloth and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
