Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; put aside. Cream together sugar and oil and add to flour mixture. Add eggs to mixture one at a time. Add carrots and nuts. Bake in angel food pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
