Pat-In-Pan Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar (I omit)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. plus oil
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and sugar.
Stir well.
Mix oil and milk and pour in flour mixture.
Stir well.
Pat in 9-inch pie plate. Can pour in pie mixture or bake for pie shell at 425\u00b0 for about 10 minutes (prick crust with fork before baking).
