Potato Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
Place potatoes in greased 9 x 12-inch dish.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese, corn flakes and melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
