Carrot And Parsnip Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large parsnips
2 large carrots
1 large leek, white only
1 onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch dill
4 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. oil or oleo
2 Tbsp. rice
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans water
Preparation
-
Heat oleo, add in this order:
(stirring after each addition) onion, leek, parsnip, carrots, celery, rice, parsley and dill.
